Results-Based Management (RBM)

This six-day RBM training gives you a thorough understanding of the principles and practices of RBM. You will identify what needs to be put in place or improved in your own organisation and go on to develop a strategy to achieve that. It is for people responsible for developing RBM in their organisation or in a large complex program. So it is useful for strategic planners, heads of M&E as well as senior program managers.
