This seven-day ToT training will help those new to training to make an effective contribution to the training and development of others in a practical and systematic way. It will give trainers/participants the basic skills and knowledge needed as a foundation from which they can later develop the specialist skills of identifying training needs, design, delivery and evaluation.
By the end of the training, participants will be able to:

The training is highly participative and uses experiential learning. It gives the participant the opportunity to experience a range of exercises which are then debriefed in ‘learner mode’ and reviewed in ‘trainer mode’ supported by concepts, theories and models which underpin best practice.
