Tirtha Raj Onta
MA in Pol. Sci. and BL, Former Executive Director of Nepal Red Cross Society, former Secretary General of the Nepal Disabled Association, former Head of Delegate of International Committee of Red Cross in Myanmar, former Secretary General and founder member of Kathmandu Valley Public Library and a free-lance consultant. He has over 40 years’ work experience in NGO management in Nepal and International. He has authored a book on International Humanitarian Law (IHL), and translated several documents on the Geneva Convention and IHL, Chinese and Indian literatures. He has excellent practical experience in the field of non-government organizational management and development.

Dr. Linet Arthur

He has 20 years’ experience delivering Appreciative Inquiry based training programs and corporate trainings. He has done diploma course on Certifying Professional Trainer and Facilitator from Western Illinois University USA, People energy Canada and Institute of Culture Affairs. He was a Fulbright Scholar at TATA Institute of Social Science, Mumbai where he received certificate course in Psychosocial Counseling.
